Return and Exchange

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your jacket was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your jacket must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exempt Items

Custom-made jackets are exempt from returns as they are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Proof of Purchase

To process your return or exchange, please provide the order number and the email address used during the purchase.

Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact us at cs@leatherjacketmerchant.com. We will provide you with the designated return address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Shipping Costs

Leather Jacket Merchant covers the shipping costs for returning your item. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at cs@leatherjacketmerchant.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we strive for quality in every product, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at cs@leatherjacketmerchant.com for a refund or exchange.
